Crew Member

  • Work in a tight-knit 2-4 member crew. Shape stunning landscapes with mowing and trimming.

  • Handle spring/fall cleanups for enhanced property looks.

  • Perform essential snow removal in winter.

  • Use professional equipment: aerators, power rakes, snow blowers, and more.

Office Admin

  • Manage scheduling, budgeting, and records.

  • Handle client and employee communications.

  • Maintain databases.

  • Coordinate meetings and events.

  • Process financial documents.

  • Deliver excellent customer service.

Crew Lead

Same as crew member plus:

  • Direct a team, ensuring cohesive and efficient operations.

  • Guarantee compliance with all safety standards.

  • Instruct crew members on best practices and techniques.

  • Maintain detailed records of tasks and resource usage.

  • Oversee equipment maintenance and resolve technical issues.

Ops Manager

  • Help train new staff.

  • Monitor project progress and allocate resources.

  • Manage relationships with vendors.

  • Assign tasks and manage staff schedules. Address client inquiries and feedback. Inspect sites for quality and safety compliance.

  • Manage inventory and order supplies.

What Is P4P?

P4P is simple. You get a percentage of the revenue you bring to the business every single day. In other words, the harder you work, the more money you make. At Blue Wagon, you can take control of your paycheck and your career.

 

You cannot learn less than your base wage, but there is no ceiling on your earnings. I.e., if your base wage is $18/hour, you can only earn more than that through profit sharing.

 

As you improve your efficiency on the job and take on more leadership in the business, you will automatically get a pay raise.
